Terms and Conditions Newtawn – Malaysia Gaming Platform Usage Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and newtawn ("Platform", "We", "Company"). These Terms are incorporated together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific guidelines published from time to time.

Continued use of the Newtawn platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other access method — constitutes full acceptance of all provisions in these Terms. This acceptance takes effect from the date you first access the platform.

To use the newtawn platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years old or the legal age of majority under the laws of your place of residence, whichever is higher.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be subject to self-exclusion or any prohibition imposed by a relevant authority.
• Using your own legitimate funds and not funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Not represent or act on behalf of any third party without written consent from newtawn.

Newtawn reserves the right to reject a registration application or close any account found to not meet these eligibility requirements at any time, without prior notice.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account on the newtawn platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances confiscated.

During the registration process, you agree to:

• Providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information about yourself.
• Keeping your password and login credentials confidential.
• Notifying Newtawn immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Updating your personal information whenever changes occur.
• Not allow others to use your account.

Newtawn will not be held liable for any losses arising from your own negligence in safeguarding your account login credentials.

All financial transactions on the Newtawn platform are subject to the following policies:

• The minimum deposit amount is as specified in the Deposit section of the platform and may vary depending on the payment method selected.
• Newtawn accepts FPX, major Malaysia e-wallets, and bank transfers. All payment methods are subject to compliance with the regulations of the relevant financial institutions.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet that has been verified and registered in your own name.
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits are as specified on the platform and can be reviewed in your account section.
• Newtawn reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the KYC process has been fully completed.
• All transaction fees charged by third-party payment processors are the responsibility of the user.

All betting and gaming activity on Newtawn is subject to the following rules:

• Bets may only be placed using a valid account balance. Credit or debt betting is not permitted.

For Sports Betting, the odds offered by newtawn are subject to change until the wager is confirmed by the system. Confirmed wagers cannot be cancelled by the user unless newtawn expressly permits it.

All bonuses and promotions offered by Newtawn are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer. In general:

• Each user is entitled to claim any bonus once only, unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses have rollover/wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be directly converted to cash until rollover conditions are fulfilled.

• Using bot software, automated scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage.

Users are not permitted to:

• Creating derivative works based on platform content for commercial purposes.
• Using the Newtawn name or logo in a manner that is misleading or could damage the brand's reputation.

The Newtawn platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by applicable law, Newtawn is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of betting or gaming activity.
• Service disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, internet outages, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
• Any business decisions you make based on information within the platform.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the Newtawn support team. Valid balances will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure, subject to compliance with all applicable conditions.

Newtawn reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, misconduct, or behavior that is detrimental to the platform or other users.
• Failure to submit the required identity verification documents.
• Requests from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Use of self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming program.

In the event of termination due to a breach, Newtawn reserves the right to withhold account balances pending the completion of an investigation or to take any other action deemed appropriate.

Newtawn reserves the right to change, add, or amend any section of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant amendments will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect.
